2022-2023 Season Membership Meeting, Wednesday September 21 at 6pm UPDATE: Location will be the Desert Empire Fair Board Room.:
As we proceed with preparing for the 2022-2023 season of gymkhana, our next event will be our General Membership meeting and the election of officers for the upcoming season.
Up for election this season will be Vice President, Treasurer, and three Board positions. These elected positions will be for a two year term. (Next year’s elections will be for President, Secretary and three Board positions.)
If you would like to make a nomination for Vice President, Treasurer or Board positions, please respond to this post or email to cgadistrict23@gmail.com with your nomination choice. We will then verify with the nominee if they accept.
The meeting will give everyone the chance to come and sign up for the upcoming season. We will be discussing the path forward for the Thundering Hooves gymkhanas and other events.
